The room is elegantly and comfortably furnished and have air-conditioning, tv, mini-fridge, free Wi-fi , bathroom with hair-dryer. All rooms are cleaned daily.

The breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10.30 a.m. It is also possible, if you wish, to use the kitchen to have a tea, a coffee or to drink something after a long walk across Venice. During the summer season the breakfast is served in the garden.

There is a Fax and an internet point.
