Our chef proposals range from the “Veils of Mortadella” with fried dumplings, to the parmesan cheese shavings reserve 24 months with drops of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, till “the Starter of the Farmer”, a rich selection of the best meats in our province. You can continue with the classic of classics: the “Tortellini pasta” in broth or “Weeds pasta” with sauce of fine sausage or, alternatively, the “Tortelloni pasta” with ricotta cheese with melted butter and sage or “Tagliatelle pasta” with ragù sauce.
Among the proposals for the second course can not miss the boiled meats, accompanied by fruit compote mustard or mashed potatoes or lima beans in the wet; otherwise you can have the “Duke d'Este chicken breast” with shaved parmesan and Balsamic Vinegar from Modena or, again, the Braised Veal Cheek.
